My Orders - I am attending, my tickets & registrations

As an attendee who has registered for an event, you can access your orders any time to print/download. If you have an account with Explara, login using the same to access all your orders. 

In case you don’t have an Explara account, you can access the login screen, input the email id that you have used to buy ticket/registration and request password through “forgot password” option. Explara will send you an email with the link to reset your password. You can choose your new password to save. With this new password, now you can login to Explara and access My Orders to view/print all your tickets/registrations.

I have bought from a site that uses Explara, how to access my orders?

If you have bought your tickets/registrations from a site that is powered by Explara, such as TiE, NASSCOM, white-label event sites and others, you can access your orders via those sites using above-mentioned steps directly or you can contact the organizer to give access to your orders.

How to cancel a ticket/registration?
Only event organizer can allow cancellation and refund, kindly contact the event organizer by submitting your query on the event page that you registered. Alternatively, you can mail the event organizer whose email id is always mentioned in the ticket. 


How to substitute for an event?
You can only substitute if the organizer has enabled substitution for an event. This is covered in Event Ticketing & Registration Help articles.

I am a member of a group, how do I log in?
If you are a member of a group, you can access the group website and check login option. In case the login is not enabled, kindly contact the group owner to help you.
