How to change the time zone of the account?

Time zone plays an important role in displaying the availability of tickets as well as the start and end time of the event. This should be the first setting you update before creating events or tickets.

Steps to Change the Time Zone:
  1. Log in to your account.

  2. On the top-right corner, click the Profile Icon and select Profile & Settings.

  3. From the left-side menu, choose Organization Setting → Basic Information.

  4. You will see an option to update the Time Zone.

  5. Type your time zone, select the correct location from the list, and click Save.
