I have created my event . How do I update my bank /Payment Gateway details?

To add your bank or payment gateway details, please follow these steps:
  1. Log in to your dashboard.
  2. Click the Profile Icon in the top-right corner and select Profile & Settings from the dropdown.
  3. Once the Profile & Settings page loads, select Payment & Bank from the left-side menu under the Organization section.
  4. Update your bank or payment gateway details as required.
⚠️ Please note:
 As per central agency guidelines for marketplaces, you can attach only one bank account to your Explara account. If the payment for your previous event has already been settled to the bank details available on the dashboard, you will not be able to change the bank details, and requests for changes to the bank account will not be entertained.
