Ticket Visibility Settings
Every event and ticket in Explara has a Start and End Date/Time. Ticket visibility depends on these settings:
Ticket Sale Start Date/Time
If the ticket sale start date/time is set to a future date, tickets will not be visible until that time.

To make tickets visible immediately, set the ticket sale start date/time to the current date/time.
